Jerry B Little

Since 1968, involved full time guiding Mountain Realty, Inc. in successfully helping buyers and sellers enjoy their Vermont experience. Realizing that the Vermont experience is 99% friendships and 1% realty, we have always been guided by the principle that making the sale was secondary to providing good, honest counsel to the best of our abilities.  Previously, I have been Treasurer and on the Board of the Stratton Winhall Educational Foundation, Treasurer and officer of the South Central Vermont Board of Realtors. Board Realtor of the Year for 2000. Previously, I served on the Board of the Stratton Mountain Country Club, and am presently a member of the Dorset Field Club. Over the years, I have been involved with the Town of Winhall as a Town Auditor, and later as a Town Lister for many years. Before arriving in Vermont I was involved in national magazine advertising sales, after a period as an engineer utilizing my BSME from Union College. Happily married to my wife Barbara, we are enjoying our children and grandchildren, who visit us regularly at our Winhall home.

Terry R. Hill

Mountain Realty has been my home for over 24 years and I think the last couple of them have been some of the most exciting and challenging ones I have experienced in my time in real estate! The Stratton area is a special place to me as my parents brought us up traveling to the mountain either skiing from a young grade school student or working during my high school years and thereafter. If I wasn’t “slinging cokes” in the cafeteria, I was working the switchboard in the executive offices back when we were located above the Bears Den (for those of you that can remember that) or manning the Stratton Mtn Inn front desk, waiting tables at the Country Club or in Lodging as a rental manager. Working with Stratton’s wide customer base over those early years taught me an understanding of what the resort homeowner values in good service. I believe our firm prides itself in extending that same personal and professional assistance to our Sellers, Buyers and Renters today. I find time to enjoy year round recreation like skiing, snowshoeing, walking and biking in my free time. I have two grown children with one left finishing college out west. Elyn Bischof

Elyn Bischof grew up outside of Manhattan. After University of Delaware and working in Actuarial Science in the Insurance Industry, she moved to Stratton in 1979. She's been selling Real Estate at Stratton for 21 years. Her biggest pleasure is spending family time with her three children and husband, Jonathan, who has been in the ski industry for 33 years. When asked why she enjoys being In the Real Estate Profession she answered. It allows me to meet and become friends with so many Interesting people and I really enjoy the satisfaction I get when finding my customers their perfect piece of Vermont.

Michael England

Michael England chose to move to Vermont in 1989 and worked full time in the retail Ski Industry for 16 years.  After enjoying so many wonderful years living and working in the Stratton Mountain Resort area, Mike decided to change careers and help others find their perfect home in the mountains.  Mike has been a full time Realtor since 2005.  Now enjoying his sixth successful year assisting both buyers and sellers, he specializes in Stratton Mountain Resort properties, and those in the surrounding communities of Winhall, Jamaica, Londonderry, Landgrove, Peru and Weston. A 1986 graduate from the University of Connecticut with BS degree in Education, specializing in adult exercise and fitness;   this, after a very successful athletic career as a runner in track and field. Michael is also a full time single parent of his 16 year old son, Robert, who has become an outstanding athlete in soccer, basketball and baseball.  Mike has now given up Robert’s coaching and simply enjoys being an enthusiastic parent watching Robert’s accomplishments.  Paul C Halas

Paul first came to Vermont in the 70’s after graduating from Mt. St. Mary’s College in Maryland with a BS degree in Economics. After a few years of working and skiing Stratton with travel in the off seasons, he decided to pursue a career in sales and landed a job with McGraw-Hill Publishing. During his career with McGraw-Hill he held numerous positions in sales, marketing and sales management with several trade and business magazines that culminated with 25 years spent at BusinessWeek magazine working in national advertising sales. Paul states: “I enjoy working with and helping people, and this was one of the most rewarding aspects of my sales job at McGraw-Hill. As a longtime second home owner here in Vermont I know the area and have bought and sold several properties over the years as well as renovated and sold antique homes in New Hampshire and Connecticut so real estate seems like the perfect next step in my sales career.”   Outside of the office Paul is an EMT and has been a member of the Stratton Mountain Ski Patrol since 1975. Besides skiing in his spare time he enjoys fly fishing, biking, sailing, hiking and gardening.
